Implementation of controlling to increase profits in the company BEST, Ltd.
Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je zavedení controllingových nástrojů do firmy, která na trhu stagnuje a tím podpořit její vývoj a zvýšit zisk. První část se věnuje vývoji controllingu, jeho smyslu, jeho podstatě a konkrétním metodám. Další část analyzuje současnou situaci, jsou implementovány jednotlivé controllingové nástroje. Nakonec jsou navržena opatření a vyhodnocena efektivnost celého projektu.
Abstract:
The presented diploma thesis deals with introduction of controlling tools for the company stagnating at the market to support its development and increase its profits. The first part is devoted to the development of controlling, its purpose, essence and particular methods used.
