The influence of surface free energy in flexography
Abstract:
Tato práce zkoumá vliv povrchové energie a povrchového napětí na přenos tiskové barvy a výslednou kvalitu tisku. Pomocí deseti testovacích kapalin se zjišťovala povrchová energie deseti druhů pryžových flexotiskových návleků, a to metodou přisedlé kapky. Měřilo se na dvou různých přístrojích a data se poté porovnávala. Bylo zjištěno, že díky nehomogenitě pryží nelze zjistit přesnou povrchovou energii …more
Abstract:
This thesis examines the effect of surface energy and surface tension on ink transfer and the resulting print quality. Using ten test fluids, the surface energy of ten types of rubber flexographic sleeves was determined using the sessile drop method.
