Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce je komparace úvěrových podmínek, jež požadují banky v České republice, Slovenské republice a Rakousku při poskytování úvěrů středně velkým podnikům. Bližší pozornost je věnována typickým představitelům úvěrů pro segment středně velkého podnikání, a sice klasickému investičnímu a provoznímu kontokorentnímu financování. V úvodní části práce autor stanovuje hypotézy a zaměřuje se na teoretická vymezení pojmů. Poté následují kapitoly zabývající se analýzou úvěrových podmínek zvolených druhů úvěrů v daných zemích. Samotná komparace a vyhodnocení úvěrových podmínek je provedena v kapitole poslední, kde se rovněž nachází odpověď na hypotézy stanovené v úvodu diplomové práce.

Abstract:

The subject of this graduation thesis is the comparison of credit conditions which are required by banks in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria at the providing of loans to middle-sized enterprises. Further attention is devoted to the typical loan types for the segment of middle-sized entrepreneurship, namely to classical investment and bank overdraft financing. The author determines hypotheses and focuses on the theoretical term specifications at the introductory part. Then follow chapters dealing with the analysis of credit conditions of chose loan types in particular countries. The very comparison and evaluation of credit conditions are performed in the last chapter where also the answer to hypotheses determined in the diploma thesis introduction can be found.
