Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám optimalizací procesu přijímání a orientace nově přijatých pracovníků ve vybrané firmě AGC Flat Glass Czech a.s. V teoretické části, ve které vycházím z odborné literatury, se věnuji především personálním činnostem se zaměřením na získávání a výběr pracovníků a dále na stěžejní přijímání a orientaci pracovníků a jejich vývoj z pohledu moderních trendů. Praktická část je tvořena představením firmy, popisem problémových činností a zejména výzkumem procesu přijímání a orientace nově přijatých pracovníků ve výše uvedené firmě. Jedná se o nejdůležitější část diplomové práce, neboť přináší poznatky o metodách přijímání, zapracování a adaptaci v dané firmě. Na základě provedeného výzkumu byla v práci komplexně zhodnocena daná problematika a byla navržena optimalizace procesu přijímání a orientace pracovníků ve vybrané firmě.

Abstract:

In my dissertation I deal with the recruitment process optimization and new employee orientation of the firm AGC Flat Glass Czech, Inc. The theoretical part based on specialist literature is mainly concerned with the personnel activities focused on recruitment and choice of staff. Furthermore this section involves the essential staff recruitment and orientation as well as the staff development regarding modern trends. The practical part consists of firm introduction, description of problem activities. This section mainly includes the research of recruitment process and new employee orientation in the above mentioned firm. It presents the most important part of the dissertation as it is concerned with the acquisition of knowledge on recruitment, training and adaptation methods in the given firm. On the basis of the implemented research the given issue is complex evaluated and the recruitment process optimization and new employee orientation of the above mentioned firm is proposed.
