Pharmacokinetics changes at pregnant woman
Abstract:
Presented work deals with pharmacokinetics alterations in relation to physiological changes in organism during pregnancy. The aim is to summarize the up-to-date knowledge related to the topic. The methodology is based on the study and analysis of the current literature dealing with pharmacokinetic changes and their physiological correlations.
Abstract:
Predkladaná práca sa venuje problematike farmakokinetických alterácií, ktoré vznikajú ako odpoveď na fyziologické zmeny organizmu podmienené tehotenstvom. Cieľom je sumarizovať aktuálne znalosti v uvedenej oblasti. Metodikou práce je štúdium odbornej literatúry a analýza domácich i zahraničných štúdií, ktoré sledujú farmakokinetické zmeny v súvislosti s tehotenstvom a ich fyziologické korelácie.
