V této bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou současného stravování Američanů, jejich návyky a problémy, které z této stravy bohužel vyplývají. V předních kapitolách své práce jsem se zaměřila nejprve na historii americké kuchyně a její vývoj a postupně se dále dostávám k fenoménu zvaný fast food.
