Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na doktrínu kinetické ekvivalence. Ta představuje přístup k hodnocení legality kybernetických operací z hlediska mezinárodního práva. Má své zastánce a své kritiky. Doktrína bude v práci popsána, budou též identifikovány argumenty pro a proti. Budou analyzovány praktické dopady doktríny. Pozornost bude věnována i vybraným problémům aplikace mezinárodního práva v kyberprostoru.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the doctrine of kinetic equivalence. The doctrine represents an approach to assessing the legality of cyber operations from the perspective of international law. It has its supporters and its critics. The doctrine will be described in the thesis and the arguments for and against it will be identified.
