Cílem bakalářské práce je objasnit legislativní a technické podmínky pro práci střelmistrů u HZS ČR. Teoretická část byla vypracována formou literární rešerše. Analyzovány byly především zákony, vyhlášky, prováděcí právní předpisy a odborná literatura týkající se Státní báňské správy, Hasičského záchranného sboru a jednotky opěrného bodu Morava pro provádění trhacích prací. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to clarify the legislative and technical conditions for blasting work at HZS CR.
