The Documentary Credit in the payment system with regards to the aspects of the decision-making practise of the courts in this area
Abstract:
Rigorózní práce se věnuje problematice jedné z nejběžnějších metod platby za zboží či služby v zahraničním, ale i tuzemském obchodě. Vzhledem k nezastupitelné roli rozhodovací praxe soudů v této oblasti je rigorózní práce doplňována zajímavými rozhodnutími tuzemských i cizích soudů.
Abstract:
The thesis is concerning about one of the most common method of payment for goods or services or both in the cross-border but also in the national trade - the Documentary Letter of Credit. With respect to the significant role of the decision-making practice of the courts, it is on many sites complemented by interesting decisions of the national but also foreign courts.
