Transfer pricing in corporate practice

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou převodních cen v podnikové praxi. Převodní ceny jsou v současné době velmi sledovaným tématem ze strany finančních úřadů a daňových správ. Cílem bakalářské práce je připravit manuál ke zpracování specifické dokumentace převodních cen a dotazníky ve verzích pro stálé i jednorázové klienty, které budou klientům zasílány před zpracováním dokumentace převodních cen. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část bakalářské práce popisuje základní pojmy týkající se převodních cen, metody stanovení převodních cen a dokumentaci převodních cen. Praktická část bakalářské práce obsahuje manuál ke zpracování specifické dokumentace převodních cen s konkrétními příklady k jednotlivým částem specifické dokumentace. Výsledkem práce jsou dokumenty, které mohou kolegové využít při zpracování dokumentace převodních cen pro jejich klienty.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of transfer pricing in corporate practice. Currently, transfer pricing is a very supervised topic by the financial and tax administrations. The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to prepare a manual for preparing a Local file and questionnaires for current and new clients, that will be provided to these clients before preparing a transfer pricing documentation. This thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part includes description of general terms in the transfer pricing field, the transfer pricing methods and the transfer pricing documentation. The practical part includes a manual for preparing a Local file with concrete examples for each Local file part. The results of this thesis are documents that can be used by my colleagues when preparing a transfer pricing documentation for their clients.
