Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem jazykového vzdělávání operátorů tísňových linek v Evropské unii. Autorka prezentuje informace získané z několik evropských zemí a výsledky z dotazníkového průzkumu mezi operátory HZS ČR.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the system of language education of operators of the Emergency Call Centres in the European Union. The author presents obtained information from several European countries and results of a questionnaire survey among operators at Fire Rescue Service in the Czech Republic.
