Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá kontrolou po propuštění zboží. Nejprve analyzuje vývoj právní úpravy tohoto institutu. Následně vysvětluje právní regulaci zahájení, provedení a ukončení kontroly po propuštění zboží. Práce se rovněž zabývá otázkou doměření cla nebo daně po provedené kontrole po propuštění zboží.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with issue of the post clearance controls. At the start the diploma thesis analyzes the development of legislation of this institute. The diploma thesis explains the legal regulation of the initiation, execution and completion of the post clearance controls. The work also deals with additional assessment of duty after the post clearance control.
