Výsledkem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení situace podniku pomocí analýzy financování za období 2007-2010 společnosti Renix,a.s., která se zabývá stavební a developerskou činností. Cílem práce je provést analýzu financování společnosti. Renix,a.s. se zaměřením na posouzení optimální kapitálové struktury a zadlužení a stanovit tak finanční výsledek podniku.
