Cílem Tato práce je zaměřená na biologii rybích parazitů rodu Gyrodactylus, jejich determinaci pomocí molekulárně-genetických metod, vyhledávání a zpracování dat, která jsou k nalezení v databázi GenBank. Zabývá se především ribosomální RNA, jejími komponentami 18S, ITS1, 5.8S, ITS2 a 28S a mitochondriální DNA, konkrétně COXI a COXII. Abstract:
This work is focused on biology of fish parasites gender Gyrodactylus, their determination by molecular-genetic methods, seeking and processing data that are available in GenBank database. Its main focus is on ribosomal RNA, its components 18S, ITS1, 5.8S, ITS2 and 28S, and mitochondrial DNA especially COXI and COXII.
