Předložená práce se zabývá problematikou dualismu soudní kontroly veřejné správy. Nejprve se zaměřuje na vývoj správního soudnictví od jeho počátku do současnosti a s tím spojeným soudním dualismem. Současně vymezuje, co se rozumí dualismem práva, podle jakých kritérií je rozhodováno, zda rozhodnutí správního orgánu bude přezkoumáváno civilními nebo správními soudy.
