Standardization of Preparation of Humates (Zn)

Abstract:

Cílem práce ?Standardizace přípravy humátů (Zn)? bylo připravit humát zinku třemi různými způsoby, kdy bylo upraveno pH či byl zvolen jiný postup při srážení. Pro charakterizaci jednotlivých humátů zinku byly použity vhodné analytické metody. Z výsledků je pak možné určit jejich pravděpodobné budoucí využití v ochraně životního prostředí či v zemědělství. Humát zinku může být používán jako netradiční sorbent pro odstranění těžkých kovů či některých organických látek ze znečištěných půd, ale jeho další využití může být jako aditivum v zemědělství. Po sorpci aniontů může humát zinku zvýšit obsah některých potřebných látek v půdě jako je fosfor, bor, současně zinek a tak zvýšit úrodnost půd. Nejlepší vlastnosti z těchto tří humátů vykazoval humát zinku ? obrácené srážení, kdy už jeho samotná příprava probíhala bez problémů na rozdíl od humátů zinku srážení při pH 7 a pH 11.

Abstract:

The target of work ?The Standardization of Preparation of Humates (Zn)" was the preparing zinc humates by three different methods when was always modified the acid number (pH) or was chosen other procedure at precipitation. For characterization of individual zinc humates there were used suitable analytical methods. From the results it could be possible to determine their probable future application in environmental protection or in agriculture. Zinc humate can be used as an unconventional sorbent for removing heavy metals or some organic materials from polluted soil. But its next utilization can be also as an additive in agriculture. After the sorption of anions the zinc humate can raise the content some required materials in soil as phosphorus, boron and zinc and that´s why to raise a soil fertility. The best properties of these three humates assigned the zinc humate ? with reverse precipitation. Its preparation has proceeded without any problems in contrast with zinc humates during precipitation of pH 7 and pH 11.
