Concept of Usury and its Perception in Selected Time Horizon

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce ,,Pojem lichvy a jeho vnímání ve zvoleném období“, je vytvoření pracovní definice pojmu lichva. Tato práce má charakter historické studie, tedy součástí jejího obsahu není praktická část, ale pouze teoretická. V celém jejím obsahu, je využito dostupných literárních a právních zdrojů, které souvisejí s vybranými tématikami. Jedná se o tyto témata: Chammurapiho zákoník, Starověké Řecko, Starověký Řím a Středověk.

Abstract:

The submitted bachelor's thesis "Concept of Usury and Its Perception in a Selected Time Horizon” aims at establishing a working definition of usury. The thesis has the character of a historical study, therefore its contents are made by a theoretical part only, not a practical one. In its entirety available literary and legal sources related to the selected theme have been employed. It concerns the following topics: The Code of Hammurabi, Ancient Greece, Ancient Rome and the Middle Ages.
