Basic procedures in defence of civil aviation against unlawful interference

Abstract:

Předložená práce komplexně shrnuje současnou problematiku ochrany civilního letectví před protiprávními činy. Podrobně charakterizuje současný stav bezpečnostních opatření v rámci letecké dopravy, popisuje možná bezpečnostní rizika a možnosti aplikace bezpečnostních opatření v této lokalitě. Uvádí současné normativní akty upravující problematiku bezpečnosti letišť a nejdůležitější aktéry, podílejících se na dodržení těchto předpisů. Poukazuje na současné metody ochrany letadel jak při letu, tak na zemi. Uvádí souvislosti jednotlivých bezpečnostních postupů, metod a prostředků v oblasti ochrany civilního letectví, výstupem čehož je navržení možného zefektivnění a racionalizace vybraných bezpečnostních postupů v letecké a letištní bezpečnosti.

Abstract:

The presented thesis summarizes the current issue of civil aviation protection against unlawful acts. It characterizes the current state of security measures in air transport in detail, describes possible security risks and possibilities of applying security measures in this area. It presents the current normative acts regulating the issue of airport safety and the most important actors involved in compliance. It points to current methods of aircraft protection both in flight and on the ground. It presents the context of individual security procedures, methods and means in the field of civil aviation security and suggests several possible quality improvements of the aviation security system.
