Evaluation of the effect of compensatory exercise on the function of the deep stabilization system of the spine and children's performance in sport climbing (lead and speed climbing)

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývám zkoumáním vlivu kompenzačního cvičení na hluboký stabilizační systém páteře a výkon dětí ve sportovním lezení na rychlost a obtížnost. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní poznatky o sportovním lezení, pohybovém aparátu a jeho správném nastavení ve spojitosti s lezením, a kompenzačním cvičením pro lezce s důrazem na aktivaci hlubokého stabilizačního systému páteře. Praktická část je věnována samotnému výzkumu, který porovnává míru aktivace hlubokého stabilizačního systému páteře a výkon v lezení u skupiny dětí, které po dobu osmi týdnů prováděly během lezeckých tréninků kompenzační cvičení a u skupiny dětí, které pokračovaly v tradičním tréninku. Před zahájením intervence, a po jejím ukončení, podstoupily obě skupiny měření v testech posturální stability prof. Koláře, lezení na rychlost a lezení na obtížnost. Vyhodnocení výsledků a jejich srovnání je uvedeno ve výsledkové části.

Abstract:

This thesis investigates the effect of compensatory exercise on the deep spinal stabilization system and children's performance in sport climbing on speed and lead. The theoretical part summarizes the basic knowledge about sport climbing, the musculoskeletal system and its correct adjustment in connection with climbing, and compensatory exercises for climbers with a focus on the activation of the deep stabilizing system of the spine. The practical part is devoted to the research, which compares the degree of activation of the deep stabilizing system of the spine and climbing performance in a group of children who performed compensatory exercises during climbing training for eight weeks and in a group of children who continued traditional training. Before and after the intervention, both groups underwent measurements in Prof. Kolar's postural stability tests, speed and lead climbing. The evaluation of the results and their comparison is in the results section.
