Abstract:
V práci je komplexně upravena problematika nezákonné nečinnosti správních orgánů a popsány formy ochrany, kterými se může osoba dotčená nečinností bránit. V textu se pravidelně vyskytují odkazy na judikaturu a konkrétní případy.
Abstract:
The thesis provides a comprehensive interpretation of the unlawful inactivity, supplemented by a variety of specific cases as well as by references to the Czech anf other case law.
