Abstract:

Práce se zabývá finanční nákladností diety nezbytné při léčbě vybraných onemocnění a to fenylketonurie, celiakie a chronické renální insuficience. Dále je zde pojednáno o ekonomické náročnosti stravování nekojených dětí během prvního půl roku života. Praktická část je věnována třem kazuistikám a to pacientovi s fenylketonurií, pacientce s celiakií a dítěti, které je živeno počátečním mlékem. Cílem práce bylo nastínit ekonomickou náročnost diety u výše uvedených onemocnění a zmapovat výši finančních příspěvků od státu nebo od zdravotních pojišťoven.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the financial costs of diet keeping with people, who suffer from phenylketonuria, coeliac disease and chronic kidney disease. Also here is dealt with the economical difficulty of the alimentation not breast-fed children. The practical part contains three case report such a patient with phenylketonuria, the patient with coeliac disease and the child, who is fed by brest-milk substitute. The aim of this thesis was to find out the economical difficulty diets in the above mentioned diseases and to map height of the financial contribution from the state or from the health insurance system.
