Role of Natural Killer Surface Molecules in Recognition of Tumour
Abstract:
V bakalářské práci je vypracována literární rešerše zaměřená na buňky přirozených zabíječů (NK), jejich úlohu v imunitním systému a interakci s ostatními částmi imunitního systému. Dále jsou popsány receptory NK a jejich ligandů, způsob, jak jsou receptory studovány a také způsob, jakým nádorové buňky odolávají cytotoxicitě NK buněk. v závěru práce je uvedeno využití NK buněk v imunoterapii.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on natural killer (NK) cells, their role in the immune system, and interactions with other parts of the immune system. This is followed by a description of NK receptors and their ligands, methods, how these receptors are studied, and the methods how tumour cells resist cytotoxicity of NK cells. Finally, the use of NK cells in immunotherapy is described.
