Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zavádění metody totálně produktivní údržby ve společnosti Vitana, a.s.. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit reálné řešení zefektivnění procesů údržby. V teoretické části autor stručně představil metodu to-tálně produktivní údržby, její zavádění v současných podmínkách. Analytická část se zao-bírá popisem současného stavu systému údržby. …more

This Master Thesis engages in problems of implementation the method of Total productiv-ity maintenance in Vitana Company. The main purpose of this Thesis is creating a real resolution of efficient growth of maintenance process.
