Project of Research of Media Image of Foster Care in Audiovisual Media

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je pomocí analýzy, syntézy dat a kompilace vytvořit projekt vý-zkumu mediálního obrazu pěstounské péče v audiovizuálních médiích, přičemž veškerá pozornost se zaměřuje na televizi (televizní zpravodajství), k níž je směřován samotný výzkum realizovaný v bakalářské práci. Celá práce je rozdělena do 2 částí – „teoretická část“ a část „projekt výzkumu“. V teoretické části nejprve podávám informace a vysvětluji pojmy o pěstounské pé-či, jakožto stěžejního tématu práce, a s ní spojen proces zprostředkování a také podpora pěstouna. Následně pak uvádím podrobnější popis médií, v nichž se zaměřuji na média v obecném pojetí, masová média, masovou komunikaci, proces mediální komunikace, specifikaci audiovizuálních médií, nastolování agendy a v neposlední řadě na mediální obraz. V části „projekt výzkumu“ pak teoreticky předkládám kvantitativní postup vý-zkumu, v němž popisuji kvantitativní výzkum, jeho metodu a vzorek. K závěru pak uvá-dím projekt, jenž je hlavním cílem této práce a slouží jako teoretický podklad (spolu s teoretickou částí) pro realizaci výzkumu – popisuje jednotlivé kroky postupu při analý-ze. Tento projekt je též doplněn o etická pravidla výzkumu.

Abstract:

The purpose of this work is with the help of analysis, synthesis of facts and compi-lation to create a research project of the media image of foster care in the audiovisual media, while all the attention focuses on the TV (TV news), which is directed towards the research carried out in the thesis. The whole work is divided into two parts - „theoretical part” and part „project of research”. In the theoretical part I first of all give information and explaining concepts about foster care, which is a main theme of this work, and with this is connected the process of mediation and also the support of a foster parent. Subsequently, I present a more detailed description of the media in which I focus on the media in general con-cept, mass media, mass communication, the process of media communication, the speci-fication of the audiovisual media, establishing the agenda, and last but not least, on the media image. In the part of the „project of research” then in theory I present a quantitative pro-ceeding of the research in which I describe the quantitative research, its method and the sample. To conclude then, I present the project, which is the main purpose of this work and it serves as the theoretical basis (along with the theoretical parts) for the implemen-tation of research - it describes the individual steps of the proceeding in the analysis. This project is completed of etic rules of research.
