Protection of human embryo from the perspective of medical and penal law
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany lidského plodu. Stěžejním tématem je jeho trestněprávní a medicínská úprava, která je srovnána s úpravou legislativy Velké Británie. Ochrana lidského plodu není pouze právním problémem, ale také i etickým. S tímto tématem úzce souvisí umělé přerušení těhotenství.
Abstract:
This thesis deal with the protection of human fetus. The main topic is penal and medical law adjustment, which is compared with the adjustment of the legislation of Great Britain. The protect of a human fetus is not just a legal problem, but also ethical. The abortion is closely related with this topic.
