Rights and duties of tax subject in tax procedure and during tax search
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se zabývám právy a povinnostmi daňového subjektu v jednotlivých situacích tak, jak mohou v průběhu daňového řízení chronologicky nastat. Tato práce si tedy klade za cíl podat pomocnou ruku daňovému subjektu v konkrétní situaci a pomoci mu ji správně vyřešit.
Abstract:
This work deals with the rights and obligations of taxpayers in different situations which may chronologically arise during the tax procedure. This work therefore aims to provide a helping hand to the tax subject in a particular situation and to help him solve such situation correctly.
