Restoration of bog vegetation in the revitalized part of Klugeho louka in the Jizerske hory

Abstract:

Diplomová práce Obnova rašeliništní vegetace revitalizované části lokality Klugeho louka v Jizerských horách je zaměřena na fytocenologické mapování a výzkum NPR Rašeliniště Jizerky. Vlastní terénní botanický výzkum probíhal na rašeliništi Klugeho louka, která byla v minulosti odvodněna. Praktická část této práce zachycuje vývoj a změny vegetace v průběhu let od provedené revitalizace z roku 2010, kdy byly meliorační kanály zahrazeny. V terénu byla během roku 2020 zahuštěna původní síť fytocenologických ploch. Proběhl opětovný zápis stálých ploch a zároveň bylo vytvořeno 50 nových. Vzniklo plošné pokrytí okolí melioračních kanálů, umožňující analýzu podmínek v prostředí GIS a tvorbu tematických map. Vybraným sledovaným para-metrem byla EIH pro vlhkost, dále pak půdní reakci a živiny. V revitalizované části lokality byla zachycena změna vegetace směřující postupně k vrchovištním typům, zároveň však dochází k dlouhodobému ovlivnění lokality suchem (včetně neodvodněné části lokality), které může v dalších letech způsobit návrat ke stavu před revitalizací (expanze keříčků a trav).

Abstract:

The final thesis – Restoration of bog vegetation in the revitalized part of Klugeho louka in the Jizerske hory mountains is focused on phytocenological mapping and research in National nature reserve Rašeliniště Jizerky. Actual field work research took place on the Klugeho louka bog, which was partly drained in the past. Main, practical part of this thesis captures the development over the years and changes of vegetation since the revitalization in 2010, when the drainage channels were blocked. During 2020, the original network of phytocenological plots was thickened. The permanent plots were remonitored and 50 new plots were added at the same time. The aim was to get the best possible coverage in close surrounding of the drainage channels. This step allowed analysis of the locality in the GIS environment, therefore the creation of topical maps. The most important monitored parameter was EIV for moisture, followed by soil reaction and nutrients. Vegetation transition into bog vegetation was detected in revitalized part of the locality, but at the same time there is a long-term impact of drought (including the undrained part of the locality), which can cause a return of ve-getation succession into drier types occurring before revitalization (expansion of heathland low shrubs and grasses).
