A wooden family house

Abstract:

Diplomová práce řeší vypracování návrhu dřevostavby rodinného domu. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní objekt bez podsklepení, se sedlovou střechou. Navrženou dřevostavbu tvoří kombinace dvou konstrukčních systémů. Jedná se o kombinaci masivního roubeného konstrukčního systému se systémem rámové dřevostavby. V obou případech se jedná o konstrukci difuzně uzavřenou. Práce se dělí na dvě části, a to na část textovou a výkresovou. V textové části je nejdříve popsáno dřevo jako konstrukční materiál, dále uvedeno něco z historie dřevěných staveb až po současnost. Jsou zde uvedeny jednotlivé konstrukční systémy dřevostaveb a blíže popsány systémy masivních a rámových dřevostaveb. Textová část dále obsahuje popis dispozice rodinného domu, popis jednotlivých konstrukcí týkající se vlastního návrhu a tepelně – technické posouzení navržených skladeb konstrukcí. Textová část obsahuje i průvodní a technickou zprávu, požárně bezpečnostní řešení a cenovou kalkulaci. Co se týče části výkresové, tady práce obsahuje jednotlivé výkresy rodinného domu a základní konstrukční detaily.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with a construction of a wooden family house design. It is about two – storey house without cellars and with a saddle roof. The designed wooden building consists of combinations of two construction systems. This is the combination of a solid timbered construction system with a system of a frame wooden house. In both cases it is about difussely closed construction. The thesis is devided into two parts – the drawing and the text part. In the text part there is a timber described as construction material. Further, in the text part there is somenting about wooden builidngs from history to the present. Particular constructions systems of wooden houses and systems of solid and frame wooden houses are described in more details in the text part too. Further, the text part contains a description of a family house layout and a description of particular constructions related to an own design and thermal – technical assessment of the designed construction structures. Accompanying and technical reports, fire safety solutions and a price calculation are also included into the text part. As for the drawing part, the thesis contains of particular drawings of the family house and basic construction details.
