Dependence and liberty in the work of Francois Mauriac
Abstract:
This work treats the question of liberty and dependence in the novels of Francois Mauriac, a French writer of the 20th century. It searches for different meanings of the two words, then analyses themes of for novels written by the author as well as their characters and tries to discover various types of dependence as well as their causes and consequences.
Abstract:
Práce pojednává o problematice závislosti a svobody v díle francouzského autora 20. století Francois Mauriaca. Zabývá se v první části analýzou pojmů závislost a svoboda a jejich možných pojetí. Dále analyzuje témata čtyř vybraných děl a charaktery jejich postav a snaží se u nich nalézt různé druhy závislostí, jejich příčiny a následky.
