Teoretická část: Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na možná rizika pro těhotnou ženu a její plod, která plynou z konzumovaných potravin, jež by mohly být kontaminovány patogenními mikroorganismy (např. Abstract:
The Theorethical part: The bachelor thesis focuses on the risks from foodstuffes which may be contaminated by the pathogenic microorganisms (f.e. Listeria monocytogenes). These risks are important for a pregnant woman and her fetus. It deals with dietary guidelines for the pregnant women and it describes the individual pathogenic microorganisms and their occurrence.
