Teoretická část se zaměřuje na problematiku dlouhodobého kojení z pohledu evoluce a historického pohledu. Kapitola Kojení napříč kulturami popisuje získávání informací o kojení, rozdíly v délce a frekvenci kojení a různý pohled na kojení na veřejnosti, na příkrmy, odstavování a také mýty o kojení v různých kulturách. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with long-term breastfeeding from the perspective of the evolution and history. The chapter Breastfeeding across cultures describes gaining information about breastfeeding, differences between duration and frequency of breastfeeding, breastfeeding in public, complementary feeding, weaning and also myths about breastfeeding in various cultures.
