Facebook Communities as Profit Accelerator

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na komunity na sociální síti Facebook. V teoretické části je pozornost věnována nákupnímu chování, sociálním sítím, složkám marketingové komunikace využívané na sociálních sítích a nejdůležitějším aspektům virtuálních komunit. Praktickou část tvoří analýza vybrané komunity a dotazníkové šetření. Součástí projektové části je vytvoření komunity a stanovení marketingové komunikace. V závěru projektové části nechybí doporučení pro tvorbu a řízení komunity na Facebooku.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis is focused on communities on the social network Facebook. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the shopping behaviour, social sites, parts of the marketing communication used on social sites and the main aspects of the virtual communities. Project part of the thesis is analysis of the chosen community and questionnaire inquiry. Another element in the project part is creating the community and establishing marketing communication. In the closing part of the thesis are recommendations for creating and managing the community on Facebook.
