Tato práce přináší přehled zajišťovacích institutů obchodních závazků obsažených v českém právním řádu, především v občanském a obchodním zákoníku, mezi které patří zástavní právo, smluvní pokuta, ručení, bankovní záruka, uznání závazku a další. This thesis brings an overview of securing instruments of commercial obligations included in the Czech law system, especially in the Civil Code and Commercial Code, inclusive of lien, a contractual penalty, a liability, a bank guarantee, liability recognition and others.
