Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám vlivem modifikace slitiny AlSi7Mg0.3 na proces obrábění. V teoretické části vysvětluji řadu pojmů, jež musíme definovat než se pustíme do samotného experimentu. Jedná se především o charakteristiku materiálu, který používáme, opotřebení nástroje, vznik a tvar třísky a modifikace Al-Si slitin. Abstract:
My bachelor thesis deals with the influence of modification of alloy AlSi7Mg0.3 by Stroncium in the machining process. In the theoretical part I explain a number of terms that must be defined before the actual experiment started. This is mainly a characteristic of the material that we use, tool wear, chip formation and shape and modification of Al-Si alloys. For this experiments I used foundry alloy …more
