Porovnání vývoje mezd ve vybraném podniku v různých časových obdobích

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je založena na porovnání vývoje mezd na konkrétních pracovních pozicích v podniku MN. Mzdy jsou sledovány v období 2018-2020. Práce se mimo jiné zabývá problematikou BOZP a personální činností. Mzdy zaměstnanců jsou srovnány s průměrnými hrubými mzdami jak s Plzeňským krajem, tak i s celou Českou republikou a s minimální roční mzdou za rok 2020. Na základě výsledků analyzovaných dat …more
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is based on a comparison of the development of wages in specific job positions in the company MN. Wages are monitored in the period between 2018 to 2020. Among other things, the work deals with health and safety issues and personnel activities.
