Practical Training of Preschool Education Students from the Viewpoint of Mentor Teachers

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení pregraduální přípravy učitelů, jejich osobnosti a kompetencí, systém pedagogických praxí a fakultního učitele, jakožto důležitou osobu při realizaci praktického výcviku studentů. Empirická část, která byla realizována metodami focus group a polostrukturovanými rozhovory, si klade za cíl zjistit pohled fakultních učitelek na pedagogickou praxi oboru Učitelství pro mateřské školy, její koncepci a realizaci, možné přínosy, problémy a doporučení, která vyvstávají ze závěrečného vyhodnocení fakultními učitelkami.

Abstract:

The presented master thesis has a theoretical-empirical character. The theoretical part focuses on defining the undergraduate training of teachers, their personality and competences, the system of pedagogical practices and the faculty teacher as an important person in the implementation of practical training of students. The empirical part, which was carried out using focus group methods and semi-structured interviews, aims to find out the view of faculty teachers in the Zlín Region on the pedagogical practice of the field of Kindergarten teaching, its conception and implementation, possible benefits, problems and recommendations that arise from the final evaluation by faculty teachers.
