Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na funkci, smysl a právní základy zbrojního průkazu skupiny E, jakožto institutu státního dohledu nad střelnými zbraněmi. Kromě snahy o vyjasnění některých sporných aspektů podává ucelený pohled na účinnou právní úpravu. Laickému čtenáři by tato práce měla pomoci pochopit smysl právní úpravy držení zbraní civilními (tedy nikoli profesionálními) osobami, potenciálnímu žadateli …more
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive view of the possibilities of possession and carrying of firearms for the protection of life, health and property in the terms of the administrative law, describe proceedings related to the possession of firearms and mainly focus on the institute of firearms license.
