Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou bioloužení těžkých kovů z půd kontaminovaných vojenskou municí za pomoci heterotrofních bakterií Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the bioleaching of heavy metals issue from soils contaminated with military ammunition using the heterotrophic bacteria Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans. The thesis confirms the published studies' conclusions representing bioleaching as an effective, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective method of metal removal from contaminated soil.
