Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření návrhu systému odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. První část definuje pracovněprávní vztahy, motivaci a stimulaci pracovníků a jejich odměňování. Diploma thesis is concentrated to create remuneration system of employees in selected company. First part defines labour-law relations, motivation and stimulation of employees and their remuneration. Second part is concentrated on praxes and introduces HALKO constructing company inc., describes the existing remuneration system and classifies completed questionnaire by employees.
