Evaluation of quality of life of patients after cardiac surgery about the type of surgery

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je věnována kvalitě života u pacientů po kardiochirurgické operaci s přihlédnutím k typu výkonu. Cílem práce je zjistit kvalitu života za použití standardizovaného dotazníku kvality života Short form 36 health survey questionnaire, dále jen SF-36. Na základě dotazníku kvality života SF-36 zhodnotit kvalitu života po dvou odlišných kardiochirurgických přístupech, a to z přístupu klasické střední sternotomie a z miniinvazivního přístupu minitorakotomie. Jako dílčí cíl jsem si stanovila srovnání kvality života u těchto typů výkonu.

Abstract:

The thesis is devoted to the quality of life in patients after cardiac surgery with regard to he type of surgery. The aim of this work is to determine the quality of life using the standardized form of the quality of life questionnaire short form 36 health survey questionnaire. Based on the questionnaire of quality of life to evaluate the quality of life after cardiac surgery from the classical middle sternotomy approach and from the mini-invasive minithoracotomy approach. As a partial goal I set a comparison of quality of life in these types of performance.
