Voltammetric determination of clopyralid using hanging mercury drop electrode

Abstract:

V rámci této bakalářské práce byly nejdříve stručně popsány principy polarografie, resp. voltametrie. Dále byla zpracována literární rešerše týkající se herbicidu clopyralidu a jeho elektrochemického chování. Náplní experimentální části práce bylo ověření zjištěných poznatků v praxi. Na závěr byla navržena metoda stanovení clopyralidu s využitím DC voltametrie ve spojení s visící rtuťovou kapkovou elektrodou.

Abstract:

In this bachelor thesis first the principles of polarography, respectively voltammetry were concisely described. Furthermore, the literature review on herbicide clopyralid and its electrochemical behavior was compiled. The aim of the experimental part was to verify the obtained knowledge in practice. Last the new voltammetric method of clopyralid determination using DC voltammetry with hanging of mercury drop electrode was proposed.
