Abstract:

Tématem mé diplomové práce jsou „Politické procesy v 50. a 60. letech a rehabilitace v 60. a 90. letech minulého století“. V diplomované práci popisuji kořeny vzniku politických procesů a hlavně jejich průběh. Dále se v diplomové práci věnuji rehabilitačnímu řízení. Jeden z důvodů, proč má být tato práce napsána, je ten, že navazuje na mou bakalářskou práci a druhým důvodem je ta skutečnost, že můj děd a babička jeden politický proces zažili na vlastní kůži. Téma diplomové práce je velmi rozsáhlé obzvláště v šedesátých letech, kde přibývalo žádostí o obnovu soudních procesů.

Abstract:

The topic of my thesis is "Political Processes in the 50s and the 60s and the Rehabilitation in the 60s and the 90s of the Last Century." In my thesis, I describe the roots of political processes and mainly their progress and course. Further, the thesis is devoted to the rehabilitation process. One reason for writing this paper is that it builds on my bachelor thesis. Another reason is the fact that my grandfather and grandmother experienced a political process firsthand. The given topic is very extensive - especially during the 60s when applications for renewal of lawsuits were proliferated. It is almost a strange topic because, suddenly, there was a kind of commission - making decisions on political processes and rehabilitations - that was controlled by the Communist leadership.
