Diplomová práce se ve své teoretické části zaměřuje na problematiku zneužívání alkoholu a na ni navazující právní úpravu. In the theoretical part the thesis focuses on the area of alcohol abuse and the related law regulations. A short historical overview of alcohol perception is followed by the analysis of the previous as well as current law regulations relating to alcohol consumption.
