Diplomová práce pojednává o aspektu utváření identity v rámci kariérové výchovy. Cílem práce je zmapovat, jakým přínosem je pro žáky 8. a 9. tříd ZŠ kariérově výchovný program, založený na zážitkových metodách, a porozumět významu, jaký v rámci tohoto programu přisuzovali vlastní identitě. Diploma thesis focuses on the identity formation aspect of career education. The goal is to analyze the experience with the experiential learning programme for 8th and 9th grade pupils of elementary school and to understand the importance of identity formation during the process.
