History and development of the brewery in Velké Popovice
Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám historií a vývojem pivovaru ve Velkých Popovicích. Mapuji historii tohoto podniku od založení r. 1874 až do současnosti. Zároveň věnuji pozornost rodině Ringhofferů, kteří pivovar založili a vlastnili do roku 1945. Tento rod zanechal v regionu Velkopopovicka nesmazatelnou stopu a významnou měrou se zasloužil i o rozvoj českého průmyslu.
Abstract:
In my diploma thesis I deal with the history and development of the brewery in Velké Popovice. I map the history of this business from the founding of 1874 to the present. At the same time, I pay attention to the family of Ringhoffers who founded and owned the brewery until 1945.
