Financial stability of a company and its evaluation

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá vyhodnocením finanční stability ve vybraném podniku s využitím informací z účetních výkazů a metod finanční analýzy. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je nejprve zaměřena na základní charakteristiku finanční analýzy a účetních výkazů. Dále rozebírá ukazatele a metody finanční analýzy, především poměrové ukazatele zadluženosti, které měří jednu ze stránek finančního zdraví podniku, a to finanční stabilitu (resp. finanční strukturu). V aplikační části bakalářské práce je nejprve charakterizován vybraný podnik. Poté jsou analyzovány vybrané ukazatele finanční analýzy na základě účetních výkazů podniku. Na závěr jsou zhodnoceny výsledky současného stavu podniku a popřípadě navržena doporučení pro pozitivní vývoj v následujících letech. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finanční situace vybraného podniku a navržení případných opatření.

Abstract:

The work deals with the evaluation of financial stability in a selected company using information from financial statements and methods of financial analysis. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is first focused on the basic characteristics of financial analysis and financial statements. It also analyzes indicators and methods of financial analysis, especially debt ratios, which measure one of the aspects of the financial health of the company, namely financial stability (or financial structure). In the application part of the bachelor thesis, the selected company is characterized. Then, selected indicators of financial analysis are analyzed on the basis of the company's financial statements. Finally, the results of the current state of the company are evaluated and, if necessary, recommendations for positive development in the coming years are proposed. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the selected company and to propose possible measures.
