Rights in rem to the things of another in the new Civil Code
Abstract:
Tato práce bude sloužit studentům pro pochopení rozdílů mezi novou a starou právní úpravou věcných práv k cizím věcem v občanském zákoníku. Měla by podrobně vysvětlit, jaké změny přinese nová úprava pro občany. Rozsah práce koresponduje s vymezením věcných práv k cizím věcem dle paragrafů zákonné úpravy
Abstract:
This thesis will serve students to understand differences between the new and the old legal regulation of substantive laws to foreign affairs in the Civil Code. It should explain in detail which changes will bring the new treatment for citizens. The scope of work corresponds to the definition of substantive laws to foreign affairs under sections of statutory regulation.
