Návrh smlouvy o převodu obchodního podílu ve společnosti s ručením omezeným

Draft Treaty on the Transfer of Shares in Limited Liability Company
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je navrhnout smlouvu o převodu obchodního podílu ve společnosti s ručením omezeným. Nejdříve se budu věnovat teorii související s tématem, tedy obchodnímu podílu a jeho převodu. Následně vyhotovím konkrétní návrh smlouvy a přidám komentář s doporučeními pro praxi.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is create a patricular contract on the transfer of share in limited lability copany. The first part is focused on therory connected with the theme e.g. business share and its transfer. Then create a concrete propsal for the contract and add commentary with recommendatons for praktice.
