Abstract:
Předkládaná rigorózní práce se zabývá problematikou Nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2016/679, tzv. Obecným nařízením o ochraně osobních údajů. Práce je členěna do deseti kapitol, které zahrnují evropsko-právní východiska Nařízení a jeho zasazení do českého právního řádu, vymezení pojmu osobní údaj a základních zásad zpracování. This rigorosum thesis deals with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, i.e. General Data Protection Regulation. The thesis has been divided into ten chapters, comprising EU legislation base of the regulation and its embedding into the Czech legal order, the definition of personal data and general principles of processing the data.
