Abstract:
Tato práce se pomocí výkladu vybraných částí zákona a příkladů zabývá uplatňováním daně z přidané hodnoty zemí Evropské unie a třetích zemí. Dále porovnáním možných rozdílů v aplikaci zákona v návaznosti na statistické vykazování Intrastat.
Abstract:
Interpreting selected parts of law and fiving examples, this thesis deals with value added tax application of both the European Unions and third countries. Furthermore, it comparex possible differences in law application, following statistical reporting of Intrastat.
